ON PERSONAL MONEY MATTERS
EMPLOYERS LOSING BILLIONS**
Sydney,
The survey commissioned by Lifestyle Money Coach, also revealed that 65% of employees felt that they would not stress as much nor take their personal money worries to work if they had better financial knowledge.
Commenting on the survey, founder of Lifestyle Money Coach,
"In other words by arranging the appropriate Workplace Financial Education employers are giving their employees a true gift to help give themselves a pay rise now and into the future," says Smith. "Clearly they are also saving themselves lost profits in the form of increased productivity."
In addition to offering personalised non advisory based money coaching services Smith’s Lifestyle Money Coach (LSMC) company has been solving this problem for employers (both large and small) for over 5 years through their unique Workplace Financial Education Programs.
LSMC provides employers with a very cost effective outsourced facility to add such a valuable benefit to their employees. Here, LSMC programs deliver practical and immediately applicable techniques for all participants - many of whom see a demonstrable outcome within weeks of the Workshops. The knowledge gained by employees not only helps them manage their money better but it reduces the stress levels surrounding it, leaving them to get on with their job - without taking the 'sickie' or tying up the work phone. For employers, the LSMC programs have a massive impact reducing absenteeism, theft, and decreased direct employer costs related to wage garnishments and bankruptcies.
